Let’s be honest a majority of the “insiders” on here/other IU boards are full of crap. (There are a few who do get info which the mods know in some way shape or form).

It's an interesting question that I wondered too.

I assume yes? While not exactly the same, normal folks sign offer letters and accept jobs all the time while they are employed. Now this level is different with contracts and what not, but I don't see what they couldn't. I'm sure somebody will correct me if wrong.
