The fact he's put plenty of D2 guys into professional leagues overseas says a lot about his development. I don't care if he hasn't landed a Burger Boy (YET)... I'd expect him to pursue a couple every year, maybe get one, but primarily focus on scouting his kind of players in HS, developing them, and spending most of NIL on portal guys to fill in gaps.

As you know recruiting is such an interpersonal thing, I wouldn't hold his lack of NBA draftees against his ability to build relationships.  

We will see. Very capable coach. I like the vision. Should be fun.

I don’t get much info anymore and I sure hope what I just got was wrong, not because I don’t like him it’s because I allowed myself to get sucked in again.  McCollum was who I was told.  Went all out for Stevens but didn’t work out.  Please be wrong!!!!!

We get confirmation Sunday evening when brackets are announced. If IU is out and the insiders are right, there should be no reason why massive leaks or an actual announcement could not come out Monday morning. Right or wrong? If it’s Stevens, Dolson should be shouting it to the wind.  Tell me why I am wrong.

Harper was on a downward trend when he made the jump to D1. Didn't have a single season close to as good as Ben's this year. Nothing similar about them brother.

There hasn't been a big name coach hired at a major Blue Blood program in some time.  Louisville and Kentucky just hired guys who never won a NCAA tournament game last year.

Unless something happens like with Calipari being forced out, the odds that in the NIL era that a coach who's winning and has a comfortable NIL set up to move schools isn't likely.  

the choices are going to be reclamation projects or up and coming coaches and it has nothing to do with Indiana at a program.

Correct for the most part.  If IU is out and there's no announcement by Tuesday, I would say IU's next coach is coaching in the tournament 100%.

If it’s not the A tier candidates I’d much rather take a swing at a guy like McCollum than someone like Brownell. 
 

Regardless of who the next coach is, the fanbase needs to back him. Show support and rally the program.
