No. I’m saying you can’t simultaneously argue that the reason there are no leaks is because the NDAs are likely ironclad but then also imply you’re somehow in the know. 

But you can...not everyone follows what they sign. However, having an NDA would definitely slow the flow of information.

Yes, we were in deep talks until Drew got promises of more NIL at Baylor. funny that you responded to my DM saying everything you've heard from those you trust around campus is it will be Drew too. 

I gave 5 names, Stevens (don't refute we inquired, but he directly said NO again), Drew (mutual interest til there wasn't), Otz (mutual interest til there wasn't), Mccollum (speaking to him now), and Beard (fully vetted and said no to him). We don't have a coach signed yet. I don't know who the next coach will be at this hour because no coach has been selected by Scott. 

Since it's known the 5 coaches i mentioned had or since have been spoken to/vetted, would love for someone to tell me where exactly my info was wrong at the time. It appears my info has been the only credible info provided to this board in weeks, which was Scott's original list of names

Yeah, it seems like if there are either NDAs in place then any info is unreliable.

But I doubt that they are using NDAs. I'd expect Dolson is just sharing info on a need to know basis among people he trusts.

Yes Baylor is going to have $10m in NIL next year even if IU promised Drew $7m it’s hard to get up to $10m

Here’s the problem with the “inside” information. Everything you said about the coaches has been seen on multiple social media platforms. Maybe you were the first. That’s not my point. My point is, you say these things as if they are fact. And maybe they are. But given you haven’t said anything many, many other people have said, it tells me that either lots of people actually know what’s going on, or almost no one does. I’m guessing, no one does.

There have been some but would have to look back, off the top of my head Clark Co, Teterboro, Bedford Mass all in Miami together on the morning of Feb 14

Bedford Mass and Clark Co in Teterboro together on Feb 28. One of the time they were all at Marco island together.

When I say Clark Co I mean Pfau. Teterboro is where the search firm is and flys out of.

My only NDAs were govt work so treason does sometimes end in liquidation I guess. In all seriousness I use to have to sign them for some contracts (especially when I was doing work for startups before the .com bubble burst) and I could have sworn there was monetary penalties for breaking the NDA - I'm not a lawyers so not sure that's the same thing.
