Tylor Perry has already visited Alabama and Ole Miss and has a decision date set. Tons of teams checked in on Perry (I don't know if IU did) but I think he is probably already down to a few.

Wrightsell has already visited Alabama and Nebraska (he's from Nebraska) and is visiting Arizona this weekend.

Part of the issue is that assuming X receives his waiver, IU is really looking for a 2 guard as opposed to a point.  I think Perry and Wrightsell are looking to play point.

FWIW, I mentioned that both had visited Alabama recently.  Alabama has three spots open but the real position of need was at point guard, which both Wrightsell and Perry can play.  Aaron Eastraa of Hofstra (20.2 ppg, 5.0 rpg, 4.3 apg) just committed and I would think he steps in at the point guard position so it probably is less likely that Wrightsell or Perry end up there.

Harrison Ingram commits to North Carolina.  Very highly rated small forward out of high school (#19 in the class of 2021) who never seemed to reach his potential at Stanford.  Last year averaged 10.5 ppg, 5.8 rpg, and 3.7 apg.  Over two seasons, shot 40/32/63.  Out of high school 247 described him as an elite IQ player with okay physical skills.

Both guys social media activity this week made it  easy to call. It is never 100% but these kids tip their hand all the time. They don’t just follow everyone they meet as some think. 

So if anyone is now swayed a little, this points again that Ledlum was ours and Knecht was going to come on a visit like the staff believed. Tenn. just sold them both. NIL, athlete perks etc. 

All will be fine. Tenn. just got us on both at once.

UNC treating the TP as you’d expect. They might still suck, re:coaching, but they are behaving like winners in the off-season.

and for Scott -no man, not trying to be or pretend to be some “insider” - this stuff is not hard if you have time on your hands and dig enough. I am just a big fan and care about us winning again. I have lots of time right now as my wife had surgery and she needs all my attention. So I lay in bed with her and read and listen to stuff. Thought this was the point of message boards to provide rumors, insight etc.

Why would he come to IU, like what's the connection? And who is saying this? I love rumors but this one seems pretty odd because of where he's from etc.

I’m still puzzled!  Why would a guy from Arkansas, playing for Arkansas, want to transfer out.  Oh that’s right, he isn’t transferring yet, hasn’t even put his name in the portal and yet we are recruiting him! Something seems fishy in Denmark!

Recruiting players into the portal is without question part of the current environment
