I'm skeptical, to say the least, but if we somehow landed Ledlum and Knecht I'd consider this portal a GRAND SLAM .  I wouldn't much care what they did with the last scholarship after that.

Fixed that for you.

Last scholarship could be a suicide squeeze. lol

If your question is directed about Garwey Dual he originally verbally committed to Providence but never signed.  After Cooley left for the Georgetown job he re-opened his recruitment but will stick with Providence and new head coach Kim English.

I was really thinking more about Ware. If another school loses someone late, could they flip Ware with a better offer?

I'd still like to see a CG with the last scholarship but wouldn't be so concerned if he came from a small school and/or didn't have great numbers. Someone that would be willing to come off the bench.

Not to start drama (not sure if this has already become a debated saga on the board) but...

With Ledlum and Knecht both visiting UT, and UT's scholly situation, the odds they get/take both seems kind of improbable?

I'd take a 50/50 split in this situation, but I'd rather have both.

Don't know the answer to your question.  Since Ware has signed with IU, the first thing that would have to happen is we release him from his Letter of Intent.  We could be pricks and refuse but we know that wouldn't happen.  To me the question  would be if having signed with IU did he lose his immediate eligibility to go play for someone else without a specific NCAA waiver.

Might depend on if he’s officially enrolled yet. There’s so much to all this. Saw some team hired a GM to handle this. I think we need to do something similar

Maybe Knecht would rather play here ( oh my that court is hideous, I get what they were going for but looks like water damage or something)image.png.45de8e28fb0e11a54528635eb1ad6ae4.png

Instead of here

Edit: okay, or won't remove the duplicate picture of Oregon's court.

Ya'll pic on that court, I get it. I think it would be a HUGE distraction playing on it. BUT, they were going for the OMG WOW marketing factor to young look at me players and fans. For that it's a huge smashing hit.

ALSO but, we all know that sometimes just because she's a 10, doesn't mean it's anything other than a totally terrible idea.... (for a second tender hook up).

I believe still trying to get a visit. If we could get him on campus yesterday or today it would have been perfect. Took my 17-year-old to campus yesterday and there were lots of girls out in their "summer attire" and he was drooling. Plus he saw the hyper for the first time and all of the basketball courts. He said sign me up today.

Hoping your son is a lottery pick in 2 years

I don’t believe transfers sign the NLI. I *think* that’s only for yet-to-be student athletes, so by that logic technically everyone is a free agent until they actually enroll.

*could be wrong, would not be the first time but don’t tell my wife

When I was about 14 my older brother, who was married, told me that sun glasses were “neck savers”

I don’t see out of 1 eye so it’s virtually impossible for people to tell where I am looking.  I may not have depth perception but this has almost certainly saved me from being murdered

Hard to consider it a success in terms of 'look at me' when people by and large are ignoring the venue.  Altman blasted the attendance at Oregon in the NIT (just over 3,000), but that occurred all year.  Average attendance for Oregon home games last year was under 6,000 -- about 48% capacity.  In fact, Oregon has not had a sell out in over 5 years.
