Wow I have seen too many people shoot from the hip on this DG recruitment but this one takes the cake. I don't even know how you derive everything that has happened and somehow arrive at an answer like this. woodenshoemanHoosierfan and thebigweave 2 Quote

I’m saying when Darius wouldn’t commit, perhaps CAM read between the lines....he does have a PG in the class already afterall...just a theory. Str8Hoosiers 1 Quote
Josh Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 Remember, Archie visited a few days after HH when he allegedly almost committed. My total guess is Archie asked for a commitment, Darius struggled and almost did When he didn’t, IU moved on, didn’t visit again, and that may be viewed as a slap in the face by DG, so now UCLA is publicly 2nd. Moving on.....Thank you for calling it a guess instead of a fact based theory lol. I like this one, my gut tells me it's true lol Quote
Popular Post Dalton26 Posted November 13, 2017 Popular Post Posted November 13, 2017 After I get over the disappointment and tepid anger at today, I take solace in the fact it's not like we're without a point guard in the 2018 class. I can't wait to follow Phinisee this year, and am excited to see him develop at IU.^^^THISWe still have a darn good class coming in. I think Durham and Phin will man the PG role just fine. Banksyrules Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 I have no problem with his decision but I do think he made the wrong decision. But that’s based through my older eyes. Kids always think they can change the world but what makes a program like IU more appealing is that long after you stop playing basketball fan bases like IU will always remember you and treat you right. I saw Chaney not too long ago and I was jaw dropped. More connections, but again I’m looking at it through an old man’s eyes. Iugradman, CR3AMnCR1MS0N, thebigweave and 2 others 5 Quote

I just really wanted the studs to speed up the rebuild. cthomas and nchilberg 2 Quote

scoot Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 My opinion most one and done players do not want to be coached up but want to come in and play and have fun. I remember calipari said more than once that kentucky is not for all players. Referring to the pressure he will put on them or coaching them up as its called. I see archie very similar especially early on. Darius personality is to easy going to be pushed hard everyday.Sent from my SM-G900V using BtownBanners mobile app Nick_Bragg13 and Iugradman 2 Quote

Yogi's Picnic Basket Posted November 14, 2017 Posted November 14, 2017 i think they really may end up playing together but acting like Romeo can't make his own decision is my problem with it. BTW Brooks and Watford very well could go to those schools. Both are seen as main competition for us as well as the other schools involved. I have no problems with people saying a kid is going here or there but the way that was worded is what bothered me. CR3AMnCR1MS0N 1 Quote

I made one last ditch effort to look at how things are going now and wow. What I said earlier looks to be exactly true. Rabjohns was misled and so was Evan Daniels and many others. The info regarding this recruitment doesn't mean none of those guys know what they're talking about. If you don't wanna pay attention to them, fine I'm guessing they won't miss ya because this one has taken a weird turn. Now UCLA was 2nd lol? No just no. IDC who questions me but that wasn't reported by a single source on the whole internet so if myself or any guy gets attacked, attack the whole business. It is teenagers lol. Anything can happen. Literally anything. Anything can be said and taken wrong ways. I guarantee you Archie himself thought they were at least 2nd at least so is his a fake source haha? I was mad earlier because I thought it was someone I work with feeding me lies, but seeing how it could have happened to a bunch of people IDC. I'm moving on, but all these people attacking "insiders" is stupid. All recruiting is, is educated guesses. You have a good number of kids who will tell you who leads and what not but not that many. It becomes guessing after that. Definitely an agenda going on with IU and the Garland family out of literally no where, but I do wish the kid the best. I hope he does well, but unless Romeo follows suit I probably won't watch him until he gets to the NBA. 4 At worst, you need to stop making things up.
