Forgettable first half. Memorable second half. I wouldn't trade Yogi for any PG in the nation, not Ulis, not Dunn, nobody. The energy our frosh bring off the bench is palpable. Thought we did a much better job of looking for TB in the post but some of our entry passes were soft. TW did what TW does, a few + a few -. Make no mistake about it, if we want to reach our ultimate goal we need his best. I was glad to see him back in the game. Our inbound plays continue to be problematic, this makes me crazy. Let's carry this momentum to Carver Hawkeye and win us a B1G championship! Go Hoosiers

When we have OG, Juwan and Yogi on the floor together, our defense is as good as any, and our offense doesn't seem to suffer either. I like that combination.

 

I said after Maui that I hoped we'd be one of those good teams that had a bad start and got it together late. That could be happening right now.

Defense. We held their two leading scorers to a combined 12 points I believe.

Killed them on the boards.

What was the TO comparison by half? I think the total was 14 but felt like most of those came in the first half.

I loved how Dakich went on and on about how much Crean is relaxing his practice tendencies late in the year. I think the results of that are pretty apparent.

I didn't really have any issue with DD last night. I was glad he wasn't behind IUs bench.

I chuckled at a few of his comments, calling out Twitter folk, and the fist bump.

I prefer never to see ESPN utilize that setup again however.

Oh yeah. Illinois had so much bad luck this season due to injuries etc. I think he's an alright coach for the program they run over there
