I miss those days. State tourney was always a huge event. I remember going with my friends parents to the one that had Henderson and G-Rob’s teams.  
 

Henderson had a nice tweet about Montross. He said they were AAU teammates and friends back in the day. Very sad.

Dane Fife might be the worst announcer I’ve ever heard in regards to just how he talks and presents himself. Love the guy but I’ve listened to high school radio guys that are better.

That was a great time to be a high school and college bb fan. Got to see Montross play once in HS. Will never forget me and a good friend stumbled out of the bathroom at Hinkle (after an afternoon of drinking) to find ourselves standing on the baseline as Henderson was finishing a two hand slam dunk in the night game. Just lost that friend to cancer way too early as well.

Does Maryland even have a fan base. Place is empty. Nichols has the best three point shooter in college basketball. Maryland can't guard the three either

He probably would have won the game in OT if they get a rebound or foul after they gave up an offensive rebound.  Florida hit a 3 to tie it up with 8 sec to go
