Sent from my iPad using BtownBanners Purdue and Michigan are out here laying the wood to SEC teams and the rest of the conference are coming up a little short after a hot start. Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 From what I've seen, the Players Era format is getting trashed pretty good and won't be surprised if the point differential crap is gone for next year's event. taco corp, Jeff Flabjohns and lillurk 3 Quote

B1G is still having a great non conference Michigan St has convincing wins over Arkansas and Kentucky as well My guess is B1G has the most wins and best record against other Power 5 teams even with UCLA, Oregon and Maryland losing yesterday B1G is in good shape SEC and Big East on the other hand so far is having a terrible non conference start lillurk, str8baller, Home Jersey and 1 other 4 Quote

hoosiersoxfan Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 Just looked at the box score from the Iowa game and had no idea AJ Storr is at Ole Miss now. 4 schools in 4 years, each in a different power conference is wild. str8baller 1 Quote

Class of '66 Old Fart Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 This would be a smart move. 15 day portal window after the conclusion of the respective tournaments. OliviaPope40, Muskie plays the four, J34 and 2 others 5 Quote

Rico Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 If Vandy loses to Western Kentucky would it be a quality loss to BaldTrollDumb@$$ and the rest of the SEC media(posse)? Quote
MonteMarcaccini Posted November 26, 2025 Posted November 26, 2025 Belmont off to a 7-0 start beating Toledo by 15 today. Keeping an eye on Carmel’s Sam Orme, 6-9 RS SO for Belmont. Very skilled stretch 4, 18 today and abg 15 a game, 37% 3pfg career. No inside info but definitely know they are a big IU family. Seems logical as a potential portal guy for the DDV system. Scotty R Posted November 27, 2025 Posted November 27, 2025 The last few days I have really tried to watch a lot of these games but I am having trouble getting into a lot of these games. I just think the portal and the NIL stuff has started to dwindle my interest in the games. Even watching the power conference teams I don't know most of the roster. Also the quality of the play in a lot of the games are not up to par. Yes the games have been close but it doesn't mean the quality of play in the court is great. I know I am in the minority but another problem I have is that they have totally oversaturated the product and there are way to many games on at the same time. What use to make me excited about the games were that they use to seem to be an event but now there is a game at anytime so it makes it less special. woodenshoemanHoosierfan and cthomas 2 Quote
Uspshoosier Posted November 27, 2025 Posted November 27, 2025 The hardest game on the schedule is getting Cincy right now. Buy game right before break. E Michigan up 13 early in the second half Quote

For me the thrill of championship week was seeing these teams for the first time and then watching them in the tournament. Now these guys are on and it makes it less special for me. For the most part it is not knowing most if these rosters and hopefully once conference games start I will be more into it.. Also to me the college game is trying to be more like the NBA and to me that is a negative. I have a hard time enjoying some of the offenses I see because it is to much ball screens and guys just standing in the corners. What I loved about our team early was they actually were screening off the ball and had player movement which is the style I love. Quote
