Biased, but I still think the Tucker roughing was super soft. I don't think the initial hit was roughing, but he kind of rolled up on QB's neck/head with a forearm as he tried to get up. That was probably what sealed it. But yeah, the whole play was suspect, IMO DChoosier 1 Quote

JSHoosier Posted October 10 Posted October 10 If Harris plays like he's capable of, and if he can stay on the field, he'd be a boost to our secondary. Staying on the field is a big if with him though. skhoosier2, FWHoosier84 and Hoosierfan1901 3 Quote

Popular Post Stuhoo Posted October 10 Popular Post Posted October 10 My day? Let's just say that at a quiet moment some old guy in the 25th row of the Florida/South Carolina game in Gainesville let out the loudest "HOO HOO HOO HOOSIERS" yell ever and everyone thought I was crazy and my wife and son acted like they didn’t know me. It was a very good day. Hollywood Mike Miranda, skhoosier2, Dhop and 9 others 4 8 Quote

skhoosier2 Posted October 11 Posted October 11 I went back and watched. I know Hoover is getting some flack online for not making the correct reads but I did not think he was the problem at all today. Conservative play calling, unwillingness to back off the run a bit when it clearly was their game plan to stop it, and a lot of missed tackles/assignments on D. Is Hoover Mendoza? No but he doesn’t need to be and Mendoza was not perfect. So many saying how we took a step back but their stats are close at this point. I thought Josh showed a lot of poise today when he could have panicked. He will continue improving and hopefully has a good game next week. We have to be on our best game next week. Ohio State does look the part so far albeit not as good on defense as they were last year. Hollywood Mike Miranda, pumpfake, dfwhoosier and 2 others 5 Quote
