My season ticket renewal came in tonight - listed at $67 / game. Value proposition gets harder and harder to justify, particularly if the home non-con slate is 100% cupcakes.

Would be major BS if they can’t get all SSAH STHs into Lucas Oil (and they should get prime seats), but I’m not a basketball ticket holder so I’m not sure.

IU as total control of ticket distribution for the UK game at Lucas Oil so it will not be the historical 50/50 split. Not sure how many seats will be allocated to UK but there is no doubt that the game has the possibility of essentially being a home game for IU - just depends on how IU fans respond to the opportunity to buy tickets. 

In my opinion there is no way that this game is included in the season ticket package but season ticket holders should get first opportunity to request tickets at various price points based upon their priority point standing.  Hopefully those who buy will not sell to UK fans or put them on secondary sites such as StubHub where they have no control over who buys them.

Was really surprised at how much they increased the price of season tickets this year. Mine are up well over 20%. First time I've really stopped to ponder whether it's still worth it. Especially, as you note, due to the weak non-conference home slates...

Going to discuss with family today if the price hike is worth it this year! I couldn’t even give tickets away last year for the games I couldn’t attend.

4-3 in home only

4-3 in away only 

4-2 in home & away

Would be a 12-8 conference record. Could see anywhere from 10-10 to 14-6.

Looking forward to seeing them in Peru. Bummer Yig won't play though

Just gotta figure out how to beat NW now.  But NW and Maryland are about as good of a draw in the double match up as you could ask for. 

Plus getting the top 3 teams at home.  

No excuse to not go over .500 in conference play this year.

Maryland is likely going to be sneaky good this year.   Especially if Payne comes back healthy.  
 

Purdue should be down, but that is top 5 hard places to win right now. 

Hopefully we double up on NW.  for 4-2 here.

We need to make home court advantage a bigger advantage. We weren’t good enough this year at home compared to what is needed.

That would be a huge disappointment. I don't see us being an underdog in any home game.

We will see. In the past 10 years we have had one season with a conference record as good as 12-8, so huge disappointment seems relative IMO. Would also depend a bit on how we do in non conference IMO.

Michigan and Illinois seem likely to be favorites over us at least I'd think.

You could convince me they win five of those ‘Home Only’ games to go 13-7…but that’s where I’m putting my perceived ceiling.

We should have gone 11-9 this season with a much less talented roster and a more difficult conference slate. 12-8 should be the absolute minimum and I expect more.
