If it’s limited to 2 it shouldn’t be so bad. Woodys problem is we would have about 5 of those games and then we’d compound it by play 2-3 close (I.e. <10+ pts). If you’re going to play those games you have blow them out to not take a ding on your predictive metrics.

 

Ironically enough, that possibly limits how much you can play your deep bench which would be the best use-case for those games. We all know the reason we play is basically it’s an easy cash grab.

E Illinois 11/2, Bellarmine 11/5 & Missori 12/18 are the only 3 currently scheduled in Assembly Hall.

Syracuse 11/9 @ Gainbridge, Arkanses 11/17 @ MSG & Kentucky 11/20 @ Lucas Oil are the other 3.

With the 10 B10 home games (Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, Rutgers, UCLA, USC, Maryland, Northwestern & Purdue) that makes a total of 13 games currently scheduled in the Hall.

Historically our season ticket package cost has been spread over a total of 19 home games. I am starting to wonder if that will continue with scheduling of another 6 home games yet to be announced or if our number of home games will dip below 19 for the first time in modern history. I guess that it's still early so not inconceivable that 6 more home games will be added but at this point would we probably just be adding more buy games? 

 

Update: Guesss I overlooked our home game vs Bowling Green on 11/27 or 28. So, 7 non-conference games currently scheduled with 4 of them in the Hall.

The Indiana Hoosiers men's basketball team is scheduled to host the Bowling Green Falcons at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall in Bloomington, Indiana, on November 27 or 28, 2026, as part of the non-conference schedule.

I wonder how exhibition tickets will be handled, Hinkle box office? Per usual, IU's terrible ticketing page is less than useful.

Isn't there a limit of two exhibtion games against other four year college teams?  How will this Butler exhibtion game work with exhibition games already scheduled against North Carolina and Western Kentucky?

Now alllowed 3 exhibitions along with 32 regular season games.
