AKHoosier Posted January 20 Posted January 20 So the referees last night. What year did they graduate from Purdue? Or how much money did they have on Miami? Only 2 questions worth looking into. Banksyrules, southsidehoosier, FortWayneHoosier and 4 others 1 6 Quote

I mean compare the hit Miami gave Mendoza on a handoff, with the hit Landino gave Beck. The fact that the latter drew a flag whereas the former didn't is incredible. str8baller, skhoosier2, BannerVille and 1 other 4 Quote

One on Omar Cooper Jr. a bunch of blatant holds. For me the the egregious BS was giving Beck the roughing the passer on the final drive. Home Jersey Posted January 20 Posted January 20 The day after commentary from opposing fanbases is hilarious. Yet again saying IU won't be good next year, 4 losses minimum, etc. Finding ways to comfort themselves by diminishing this team / program instead of confronting reality... that we are here to stay. You'd think they'd have learned a lesson after saying that last year. I mean, I'm budgeting for next year's playoffs starting now. go iu bb, skhoosier2, southsidehoosier and 4 others 7 Quote

They aren’t one time anomalies. They’re just players recruited and developed by Cig & Co. More will be coming, only now they’re “IU Guys.” skhoosier2, Hardwood83, Home Jersey and 5 others 8 Quote

I don’t pay that much attention to it but Oregon and very surprisingly OSU fans have been pretty cool online fron what I’ve seen. But UM and OSU fans in particular are about to get big mad and jealous. They’ll be annoying Quote

There is a long way to go & lots unknown, etc, but right now next season looks liks a 4 game schedue: O$U & USC at home, @ Michigan & Washington. None are impossible and right now, 3-1 seems likely. The targeting hit on Mendoza was a definite miss. Other than that? Of course there were missed calls that were to IU's detriment. And if you were watching the game with U Miami eyes there were missed calls that were to Miami's detriment. The game is so fast and there is so much happenning on every play. The refs were just fine.
