Our last win over OSU in football before this year was 1988. Our basketball program's last win at UK was in...1988.

That’s more believable to me than we haven’t played them in 10 yrs, especially since we went long stretches at neutral sites. Ten years means that unless the current students grew up rabid IU fans they barely even know this as a rivalry.  Crazy.

Personally, I find the Chuckster to be hilarious and I doubt he can make me mad.  Even if he doesn’t know much about us or is critical I just don’t care, I like his humor and I don’t need super sharp game analysis.

He knows very little about college ball (“turrible’) but he’s hysterical, always a fun listen

Agreed. I find Barkley quite funny, OTOH, I cannot stand Vitale - his voice is annoying, and he's all hype.

What's the over/under on Vitale calling for IU to name the floor/arena/campus after RMK?

Or a statue for him outside of AH which I think is more likely to actually happen.

Ok, is this one of those things that those of us who either didn’t attend IU or are of a certain, uh, vintage have just missed out on and the rest of you know exactly where Lamar’s referring to?

1) The words burrito and gas station should never be in the same sentence (unless the sentence is “I ate a huge burrito and desperately had to stop at a gas station to use the can”)

2) UK is 6-4 but haven’t exactly lost to the Little Sisters of the Poor (MSU, Ville, UNC and a bad, they got smoked, loss to Zags).  Dont feel good about this at Rupp. If we don’t have a good day from the 3 I could see a 15+ loss.

Yeah if we end up building one for Cig I feel like the obvious question will be asked about Knight

IDK. Maybe trying not to highlight how good we were because it begs the question who was responsible for the decline.

I can see Dolson doing it because of his being around the program since the late 80's, and the university and RMK repairing their relationship just before he died.  I don't see them renaming AH after him while you have the court named after McCracken already.  A statue is the most likely unless they build a new arena and name it after Knight which I do not see happening at all.

I'm not sure what to expect this game. UK isn't that good but it is a road game. IU already lost on the road to a team which is definitely worse than UK. Hopefully, they learned from that and perform better this game.

Well, there are gas stations and then there are gas stations... I eat breakfast from the QuikTrip kitchen several times per month, and the place is clean, the food is good and quality is consistent.

Then there's Billy Bob's Good Ol' Boys Diesel Stop.

YMMV

Let's go Hoosiers... beat Kentucky.

We have Buc-ee’s in Texas, it’s almost a cult thing, have to stop at a Buc-ee’s on any road trip, big, size of small grocery, several types of fresh jerky and pastries and tons of types of snack mixes etc

Taco Shell (a little hole in the wall gas station in Ellettsville) had the best tacos and burritos last year. Unfortunately they sold it. It had a fervent following
