Finally this forum is back for me.

I attended the game in person so last night was particularly special.  It was my first Hoosiers game in person and it was the first time I ever got to see them beat the Buckeyes. 

...I'm 36.  That says a lot.  I started crying.

Hands down favorite player on this team. Doesn’t immediately pass the eye/projectability test and then goes out and straight outcompetes everybody and makes play after play. Love that kid. Quintessential Cig guy,

I thought the turning point last night was when we had the back to back tackles for loss. The first half, it seemed everyone was worried about going down more than one score and the game getting away from us. They had the ball to end the first half and had it to begin the second, and when we stopped them the first time and then put them in 3rd and 27 the next time, it just felt like something shifted.

What a run the last couple years have been. If someone told me when Cignetti was hired we'd go from the most losses in college football history to outright B1G champs and CFP #1 overall I would've thought they were crazy.

No one would have believed it. NO ONE. I just watched it happen and I'm not sure I believe. I bet if you asked to make that bet 2 yrs ago (about IU being undefeated B1G champs and #1 CFP seed) the oddsmakers woulda laughed about stealing your money.

Over 24 hours later it's still so glorious and truly awesome seeing Cig and the team hoisting the championship trophy. Jealous of those who got to be there in person!

I'm still in shock to what occurred this past Saturday. Curt was the correct hire from the start. What Scott and the President have done to increase funding / general support for the program is outstanding. 

We've made it this far into the season undefeated, might as well try go for the national championship..
