I know it’s philosophical and not  DDV’s specific conscious intent,  nor Dolson’s with the hire, but he’s literally building the anti-‘24 IU team. This is a team last year’s team would have HATED playing.

He’s not done and I’m more talking about fast paced high scoring. Something the B18 hasn’t had in awhile.

I imagine he likes guards who rebound because it helps push the pace to score in 12 secs. Almost like modern basketball or something

Too early for what I’m about to do, but using Torvik’s rostercast, this squad projects about where last year’s Marquette or Baylor finished the year.

Add Goode and they slide up slightly to about where Oregon was.

Does anyone have an idea about the timeframe for a decision on Goode's request? Would be great to have him back, and would help Coach DeVries as he plans his future player recruitment...

I imagine things will slow down for awhile with Easter weekend upon us. Would think Coach Devries is exhausted and could use  a short break and hit the ground running on Monday. That said we still have some serious needs and a roster to fill out. Lots of good players still out there so lets take a look.

And we’ll continue to rise. Due to lack of roster size the futurecast is using Rayford, Ian Stephens and Zrno (no longer committed) as contributors. They use a minimum of 10 contributors which is why those 3 are there. Obviously they will be replaced with much better players.

Cant wait.  And from watching some of the breakdown videos of his sets that he ran at WVU he seems to have a ton of ways to get open looks for his shooters.
