He’s had a weird career in terms of three point shooting. I’d be shocked if he made 3 a game the rest of the way out but maybe there’s a scenario where he shoots ~40% from 3 the rest of the way out. That would really pump up the effectiveness of a handful of lineups.

Oh man.  You were in the minority.  I am not sure I have encountered a more hated player outside of Recker or Reid than VJ3.  Maybe if we pick individual years I could add Rivers.  But VJ3 and his patented jump to pass was a fun topic for a couple of years.

Yeah.. Rivers, didn't care for him too much, I don't remember him being selfish like MM or BW. 

Verdell was not selfish. People really hated him? That's kinda crazy to me. He threw a pretty important pass :)

Yeah.  He was the most hated man on IU boards that I moderated since Wright.  Probably since Recker.

VJ3 was one of the best players on some really bad IU teams and as a senior he willingly took a back seat in his role to the talent we brought in.
