Well they've made the wrong one twice when it comes to him, no reason to expect they'll get it right next year.

I think knowing how iu operates zero chance they fire him if he squeaks into the tourney next year. They would probably extend him.

They'd have a choice to fire or extend considering how close the end of his contract would be. No reason to think IU would suddenly get a clue and make the right decision.

And with Woods's ego he wouldn't retire.

Don't be shocked.  I really think it's going to get so ugly next season and Woody will leave such a bare roster that no will want the job.  Also, keep in mind who one of Steve's good friends is and who was a student manager from 1984-1988.

Any chance they’d be willing to look at Chris Jans?  Been pretty good everywhere he’s went but has the Bowling Green incident…

At this point i would take Alford.  At least he knows the college game and has proven he can get teams to tourney.

100% correct hs will not retire and they won't fire him if he makes the tourney. We could bs stuck with him another four or five years.

Considering the past of the coach and the school, I cannot believe Louisville is not looking at Wade. 

Everything's legal now -- more or less -- but both have histories of skirting the rules. I think that'd be a perfect match.

He probably has till Friday around 3 pm or maybe better Sunday till whenever they might play UCONN. Time is a ticking
