Woody coached the Knicks. If booing is getting to him to the point where he needs to have a sit-down with someone....then....well.....he really does view himself as a King in Bloomington.

If there had been any movement on Woody before the Maryland game, there is ZERO CHANCE we would've seen Cathy anywhere near this board. 

It's kind of how these self-proclaimed "experts" ... err... trolls work. LOL

And, of course @ap2345. The process can't start for 6 weeks. Takes a long time to get the train rollin'. I mean, we've got to wait until after the season is complete to conduct the full "evaluation" first. LOL

I always appreciate people like Chris007, JerryY and ap2345. You always show up whether the info you hear turns out to actually happen or not. We appreciate the tidbits that you pass along.

Thanks, was just curious if you had heard anything. The burners are now piling on Jim Coyle now. Something has them all stirred up and it was kinda simultaneous last night, and I really don't think something like threats would be something that could be kept out of the media.

I can slightly see a how there seems to be a "foot druggery" lol,....we are above .500, still have a chance to make the tourney (on paper, not in reality). I think what will really move the needle is if we get blown out the next several games and there is complete mutany and implosion....THAT could/might possibly get an in-season firing. Or, we just keep up this same downward trend and be eliminated with 4 or 5 more losses. Let's face it, this team is a complete mess right now with zero confidence and lack of motivation.

Exactly and I think that is what happened to Galloway!  Maybe the need to take a money management class or behavioral class.  I thought the NBA does something like that for rookies but not sure

It should be capped imo. They are already getting free college. It's nothing more than the nba 2.0 now.

Holy hell we've all been going through this on here for awhile. I personally am entering the anxiety zone. Which I can handle, but at certain point it leads to chronic masturbation instead of meds. Also which I can obviously handle. It's just my coworkers and others who may be put off by this. So, for the sake of others someone please. HEAR SOMETHING!!

Just talk to Kathy she will explain the process too you. The process doesn't even start til the season ends. Everyone gets a seat at the table. Quinn. Ferguson. Simon Scott. May. Wittman. It's a glorious process.

I do not believe that the record is what is keeping Woodson around.

I posted last week that she’d be back shortly after we lost to Maryland.  The pattern has become too obvious.  Maybe she works for the basketball team’s social media department or something and is being sent here to calm the fan base down after multiple consecutive losses.  Maybe she knows something, maybe she doesn’t.  But I’d guess by her bland, vague, repetitive answers that what little she knows is Woodson’s side of things.

The ScottDolsonBurner account was asked point blank if there were death threats, why wasn't the media reporting it and why wasn't there police investigation?

The burner account's reply was 'there are IUPD that work with the athletic department'.

To which the matter of reply was 'you literally did not answer any of my questions.'

Because they are subject to legal decisions.  As much as I dislike the NCAA organization, they didn't want the current landscape.  BUT because of how unreasonable they were, athletes took them to court and ended up with an even bigger piece of the pie than they could have ever imagined.

The concept of NIL was supposed to be pay for endorsements and use of the student's name, image and likeness. What we have is a bastardization of that concept... and it's a free-for-all payment to lure talent to your school. That desperately needs to be fixed... 

But with that said, if a school is paying you 6 figures to play basketball, is it too much to ask that you actually perform? Same goes for the coach... Woodson is paid an obscene amount of money to do what he has yet to do at Indiana University - recruit, develop and coach young men to play basketball well at Indiana University. He's clueless, and entitled and full of himself. He is adamant that he has done his job while clearly underperforming in the recruiting front, grossly lacking in the ability and willingness to develop talent and skills, and absolutely clueless regarding in-game coaching, player substitution and putting his team in a position to win games.
