We are favored in 6 games (Warren Nolan), 3 (team cast), 2 (ESPN). It appears no one knows what to think about us. I personally think we win 3-5 more. We depend on way too many variables to even be somewhat competitive. Like Goode having a career night, KC actually finding the bottom of the net... if history is of any consequence, we tend to have consistency issues, e and e issues, and lack of team play issues that really decrease the potential for variables in our favor. I can never root for IU to lose, not in my blood, but Lord please don't let the admin screw this up it is time to move on!

Well damn... I jump back in this thread, see the large page increase and get stoked thinking some news broke then realize ..

naw, it's the B-Town Banners version of middle aged dudes sucking their guts in when the hot chick walks by..

Who said anything about middle aged dudes.  Am I right Old Fart?

First time checking thread in several hours and the first post I see mentions Blue Chew.  Mike Woodson winning a Big Ten road game has broke the the forum.

Know nothing about Blew Chew but my grandpa liked Red Man.

Imo we do not want a mid-season firing.  That seems like it could lead to a talented team making a run and getting an interim coach hired.  Just like Ohio State last year.  How's that working for them now?

Just let it ride and can his @$$ in March.

This was my fear for a while, but I gotta think Dolson and company know IU and Ohio aren’t the same jobs. Personally I think all we get is a retirement announcement unless things go completely off the rails. If we get anything before end of season. We also aren’t in a position to take chance on an interim. This one cannot be a miss or a risky move. Risky would be someone like McCollum who has an .815 winning percentage as a head coach— and I’d be ecstatic about him and he’s probably 3 or 4 on my list. It’s been nearly 10 years since Crean won the B1G. So I think we don’t have to worry about a Diebler situation

I agree and that’s my biggest fear, it is all to easy for them to screw this up!
