In a sense it is just “one” bad year.  Problem is he’s wasted the three years and failed to build any foundation.  If you get lost in the win/loss record you’ll miss the real issue.

And it's "one bad year" from any angle that you look at it... performance, execution, fundamentals, coaching, HS recruiting, portal recruiting, spinning the narrative, owning the crap-fest... and it could easily be "the gift that keeps giving", as Woodson has set us up for multiple years of failure with a single 12-month period.

If a younger guy, like May, had these results I think we might be more lenient because he is not nearing retirement.

And a guy like May has coached college basketball with a positive outcome before... May has a clue... clearly Woodson doesn't/hasn't/won't ever.

Yes, and/or if recruiting was in a different place — if we were in the exact same spot plus Boogie and a couple of ‘25s committed, it might feel different. Even more so with someone younger, or who acknowledged this year as a failure.

But Woody checks none of those boxes, the scheme is the same with worse personnel, the 13th scholarship sure could’ve been useful this year, and so on.

Our more popular Twitter personalities are getting swarmed by burner accounts. Lol. What a scene.

I’m guessing someone from the athletic department or basketball program asked Elston & Watford to put out their latest podcast.

And Woodson has said he's supposed to be a bridge, May wouldn't. Bridge guy shouldn't mean complete rebuild after 3 year.

Woodson built a bridge to basketball hell.

Guess I dont really follow.  WHat is that window saying?

The constant hiring and firing of coaches makes IU look bad.. What message does that send to future players and coaches that might be interested?... which for the record I think is total b******* but that's what I took from their podcast.

My guess is that Woodson still controls his own destiny.  Finish 3 and 3 or better and the administration probably gives him one more year.  Finish 2-4 or worse and the pressure will be on to make a change.  We have the talent to win all of our remaining games.  Can we improve enough to turn things around?  Possibly, but it's doubtful since we've seen very little consistency in this team.

I do not see any way in the world they finish 3-3.  I think it is way more likely they lose out than go 3-3.    My prediction would be 1-5
