They just need to get a certain type of player to play for them and that’s fine. I think the same of Shaka Smart. It would be dumb for him to leave Marquette. Woodson can’t coach at any level. Adding people to your staff that has different strengths as you and other team members is how you get better and improve! What I think it was, besides his over-sized ego, was he would have gotten found out sooner his lack of basketball knowledge and coaching abilities he has.

I think he evaluated hustle type of players well that worked at Dayton. He needed players that could put up with his **** and type of style. Same applies for Shaka who couldn’t get it to work at Texas.
