The “compromise” by Dolson to let this go down this way saved us some good cash on the buyout. Lot of litigation today. Make no mistake about it, this was not Woody’s decision to retire.

He did like a post suggesting that Dolson wouldn't make an announcement without having a replacement lined up. That could suggest that Dolson has his man. Or it could suggest that no official announcement regarding a retirement is forthcoming. Or it could mean nothing at all!

Now that’s possible that he was tipping his hand. I for one think that’s very possible. I’m just not going to put words in his mouth

I would think not today but possibly Friday or Saturday. Personally think Saturday morning is most likely but that’s based on absolutely nothing other than gut

I would go with retirement today, but all back channeling has been done, now Dolson can officially start sitting down with candidates to discuss our opening. Hopefully the first candidate has already agreed to everything behind the scenes
