Hoosier DaDa Posted January 20, 2025 Posted January 20, 2025 I have two questions for this thread tonight. Who here wants Woody fired/retired? Who here wants to see the Irish whoop the Suckeyes’ a$$es? If you answer yes to the first one, then you’re safe Hornsby won’t come and find you. Lol If you answer yes to the second question then you’re safe from Rudy.

Well, that's awkward for Woodson. Somebody has to communicate with our recruits, because it's been proven the coach can't be bothered to do it.

Maybe we won’t lose them like a Liam McNeely since somebody’s talking to him on the reg. Trent and Liam are completely different situations. Trent committed to IU because of the program and not the coach. Trent wanted to be a Hoosier. Liam wasn’t that. DChoosier and Hoosier DaDa 1 1
hoopsta007 Posted January 21, 2025 Posted January 21, 2025 Would Woodson getting fired make Mullins or Harelson possibly reconsider IU or have both those ships sailed?

Which doesn't firmly put them in the NCAA tourney. They'll firmly be on the bubble. As a lot of other teams will have resumes that look just like ours. And we may not have a Q3 loss like another team with a similar resume, but other teams haven't gotten their brains beat in every loss.

IU is projected in the Last 4 in today by some of the best bracketologist (I have them first 4 out)without those wins. They win 6 more games I would prepare yourself for the fact that they are more than likely in the field. I would rather not watch them in Dayton so if they could either lose enough to not make or win enough to get out of Dayton I would really appreciate it Rico 1

For you maybe but others would have them firmly in with those 6 wins. Committee using a new metric makes things interesting as well. Wins above bubble WAB. IU is in the 30s. If they win the 6 your talking about their WAB would improve more then it is already is which in my opinion will be the metric they use at the bottom of the bubble
Popular Post steubenhoosier Posted January 21, 2025 Popular Post Posted January 21, 2025 Everyone wants Woodson gone-1000%. Why wouldn’t everyone want this team in the tournament? The two concepts don’t have to be exclusive of each other. hoosierfan6157, IU - Kaulie, Stuhoo and 5 others 8

The fans don’t trust either one of them to do the right thing for the university and they don’t trust that the administration will allow Dolson to make AD decisions! tkbbn and Hippopotamo 2
croneleoni Posted January 21, 2025 Posted January 21, 2025 People struggle to believe a move will be made if he has any tournament success I think Woodson is just as likely to go after making the tournament and handing it over. Publicly, it was said he would be the bridge to the next hire. This would be perfect timing if we have the splash hire in the wings.Sent from my SM-G981U using BtownBanners mobile app

I doubt that would be seen as success. Just getting in by our chiny chin chin and losing a 1st or 2nd round game isn’t success; however, this team does have the talent to go farther than that and most don’t want to see that based on what I posted above

Sent from my SM-G981U using BtownBanners mobile app It would make us fans feel at ease if they would just make an announcement that he would be stepping down after the year but the problem is, he thinks he’s doing a good job and has no desire to do that! There lies the major problem AZ Hoosier, tkbbn and VFury 3
