They “Retired” Coach Woodson Thread

I'm generally an idiot so forgive me if I'm wrong, but isn't this particular thread the one specifically created to talk sh-I mean vent our feelings about our HC? I thought this was the "Fire Mike Woodson" thread. Also forgive me if I'm wrong but I assumed being apologetic towards him in this particular thread would lead to being lambasted, dragged, and mocked relentlessly. This is an internet forum after all. Am I wrong?

….exactly! It’s a thread to vent and complain about IU’s head coach and the direction he continues to take the team. Am I wrong?

On a more substantive note, this is an interesting point about the conference schedule ahead. 

We have Rutgers (91) on the 2nd and USC (94) on the 8th. PSU on the 5th is likely a loss. 

The schedule gets considerably harder starting on the 11th vs. Iowa.

If we drop one of the three easiest B10 games - and I don't think any game is a guaranteed win with this group - I do wonder if Woody finishes the season. I don't think he's getting let go by any means but I could see him taking an early retirement if we're on a skid.

I've sometimes wondered if Woodson ever watches film of teams that shoot a normal amount of threes and thinks "damn these guys shoot a lot of threes" and then I laugh at the thought that Mike Woodson would ever think he needed to actually prepare for another team.

Hopefully he still bleeds crimson and cream if we turn to him. People actually thought he would be another Archie Miller and wanted to see him succeed at this level somewhere else. Well, we're seeing it.

Wrong. It was over before it started. I’ve watched 2 games all year. Sounds like I missed another great game. IU basketball is atrocious to watch and I don’t plan on making it a priority. Just keep checking the boards to see if they made a change yet. lol.
