Plenty of guys will want this job. We’ve proven we will pay a guy $5 million a year with literally nothing on his resume that says B1G HC.  We paid Allen roughly $35 million in salary and buyout the last three years to win 3 conference games. It’s a great gig.

I'd be excited about any of them, although I wish Wommack was having more success at South Alabama than he's been having.  Lots of reasons I'd be excited about him though.

Frye doesn’t have the HC experience but Florida, Boston College, UCLA and Ohio St on the resume is light years ahead of what Allen had. If I’m going after an assistant he has to be at the top of the list.

Pat Ryan funds Northwestern’s athletic department basically out of his own pocket and is as conservative as it gets.

He is by far and away their biggest donor and calls the shots.
