Because things like this just don't happen often. It's rare in basketball. Football is a different story. But in basketball it just isn't a big thing. I know people were getting stoked or whatever about it, but it wasn't going to happen.

The flipping right away isn’t a big thing but decomitting isn’t that uncommon.   Catchings would be the 3rd to do it from Purdue in the last 2 years if ends up doing it.  I agree him straight flipping to IU isn’t going to happen but for him to decommit from Purdue wouldn’t shock me

Duke just had a 5 star asked to get out of his NLI and Duke granted it.  I would say that is just like a decommit

People think lightning doesn't strike twice.  One thing I know for sure:  if lightning struck the same spot twice, I sure as hell wouldn't be standing on that spot proclaiming that it wouldn't happen a third time.

When did we start spending so much time talking about a Purdue commit who may or may not reopen his recruitment and who we may or may not have interest in?

hmm I think it was within the last couple days.

Oh wait, you were being sarcastic. Never mind. :)

Yup. And apparently North Carolina and Louisville are gaining traction. And if Louisville does, they might win 18 games.

Why aren’t we interested?

“Not according to the local college coach I just talked to”………….In other words you don’t know anything.

I love this time of the year. So called “experts” and “insiders” come out of the woodwork.

College basketball reminds me about all the rumors of how to find mew in Pokémon
