Sure, if they fly under the radar for whatever reason. Do you really think a player who wins Mr. Football wouldn't have gotten looks? Your link also shows at least 2 P4 schools showed interest but didn't offer. Ringer doesn't even show that.

Ringer committed significantly earlier then Steele did. 

This is Tyler Cherry's thread.. but you can DM if you would like a laundry list of reasons why I think Ringer is legit.

I was on the field(not coaching) the past two years for one of Cherry's sectional games... hard to tell how good he is.. his team is stupid good. 

But.. Cignetti says we should want him, I am good with that!

CCC is said to be a good evaluator of talent and his history seems to back that up.
