Perfect thread because I don’t think people are going to other threads right now hahaha. I actually think Brad should go the ND football route. They are hiring an NFL guy for GM but then also essentially hiring a recruiting guy to deal with non GM stuff. If Brad brought someone from Boston with him for GM then he could hire some recruiting guru for the other stuff

I have zero knowledge of the situation but in sales....(and Scott is selling this job to Brad)....if he asked Scott for X & Y, Scott would only be doing his job well if that was followed up with "if I can assure X & Y, do we have a deal?" ... I don't know that he goes to BoT for approval for a "maybe I'll think about it" ...
