Napleshoosier Posted February 14, 2025 Posted February 14, 2025 Brad F’n Stevens give him $15m/yr. Turn that down. We are Hoosiers!

iu eyedoc Posted February 14, 2025 Posted February 14, 2025 If the rumor that Few reached out to IU is true he has to rocket to the top of the board. thebigweave, OKHOOSIER, moyemayhem and 3 others 6

Scotty R Posted February 15, 2025 Posted February 15, 2025 The only sliver of hope when it comes to Stevens would be that he didn't really say anything about the IU job. Also Nic Daban was more blunt about the Alabama job and still took it. Saying that I would be happy with most of the candidates mentioned on her and only be disappointed if it got down to the Moser or Brownell types of coaches HoosierInParadise 1

He didn’t make them much different from their baseline. In retrospect, people overvalued him because of one tournament run. He just flat out wasn’t that good at Dayton. McCollum? This is a dude who absolutely dominated his level of basketball the likes of which is almost never seen at any level. And he’s doing incredibly well at Drake. The guy clearly just flat out knows ball. You can’t win this much for this long and not know your ****. And at IU, he doesn’t have to worry about recruiting in the NIL era. McCollum NEEDS to be the guy. Edited February 15, 2025 by Truthhurts T White 1
Popular Post coonhounds Posted February 15, 2025 Popular Post Posted February 15, 2025 Anyone attacking insiders or discrediting them should get the ban hammer. HoosierHoopster Posted February 15, 2025 Posted February 15, 2025 I’ll say this, while I don’t think Dolson will be able to pull May from UM, if he somehow does just imagine the vibe. I mean everyone would be behind that hire, a knock it out of the park home run, the excitement would be back, and the conference contention and tournament runs would follow. Talk about bringing back IU basketball— we’d be doing cartwheels here 8bucks, DLG3, RoadRage and 1 other 4

That doesn’t give me much hope for interests from big fish.
