I only know it from IT AD perspective but main staffing was done at beginning of season - 2 things you assume so as not to get caught with your pants down. 1) you are going to NCAAs 2) Women are hosting games in tournament. Much easier to give people days off if those don't happen, then find people to work over spring break at last minute go iu bb, Chris007 and lillurk 3

Every other school has hired, Stevens wants to give Woodson the respect and let him finish the season out without distractions.
