About a year ago at this time, there was a lot of hand-wringing about Woodson going on vacation and golfing instead of recruiting. Probably the same people propagating the same stuff because recruits aren't coming in fast enough for them.

People were mad he was in FL instead of at the IN state championships. They got real quiet when he brought back Malik Reneau.

It really is amazing how all the crazies seem to come out once the season ends. Not sure if it's the realization of the season ending and wondering what could have been, or knowing it'll be 7 months before we get basketball again, but the lengths some people go to convince themselves the program is failing, falling apart or getting lapped by the Joneses are really pretty astounding.

I didn't see any insider info saying he had committed or was even about to. I did see plenty saying he's quite interested in IU. It's not the fault of the people sharing info if you interpret it incorrectly.

It’s not info. It’s idle musing that can apply no matter what events transpire. He’s neither an insider nor is he peddling info. He’s a person on a message board seeking attention and getting it from people desperate to believe anything positive.

FWIW he will be up and walking a few hours after surgery and discharged within a day or two if it’s a routine TKR. Most have significant improvement in mobility and quality of life after as well. Wouldn’t expect a significant disruption to zoom calls or travel, if anything he will be able to golf even MORE and maybe still fit in some in-home trips too [emoji6]

Caleb doesn't need a campus visit!  He saw the atmosphere first hand on Super Tuesday last Year!  A zoom with Woody should be enough.....or not?

Probably. Would make sense.  What about the Flory/Kory tidbit? That seemed rather specific although Woody is known to goof up names.
