I love the argument of "Indiana plays bad teams" or "Every Top 25 team would be undefeated if they played that schedule."

Yea well the majority of Top 25 teams have proven they can't beat all the mediocre teams they play.

This. It is hard to go undefeated. Ask Miami and BYU who lost games they were favorites in. That's why it should matter what IU is doing.

Galen on Crimson Cast did research. Said that the lowest an 11-1 team has ever been ranked in the final CFP poll was 7th. That puts it into perspective.

Notre Dame couldn’t beat a middling MAC team … at home

If IU were to play and beat an SEC in the playoffs, what would the excuses be? So many are blinded by brand bias. Yes, IU has been bad historically. That doesn't mean this year is a fluke.

Indiana football would still be undefeated in that second-tier conference. It’s a new era.

Purdue down 24-3 at MSU. Must be looking ahead to their game with us next week.

Our running backs should have a field day against Purdue. Neither of these teams are very good.

The podiatrist is being a good lap dog. I watched an impromptu CrimsonCast last night and a great point made was that our fearless new C1G commish needs to make some calls and get some talking heads outside their own network to hit the ground pumping up mainly us and PSU, the O's will be fine.
A question while we're on media lap dogs; is there a way to excommunicate IU alumni (looking at you Heather Daunted)?

Thing is, ESPN has put so much money into the SEC that, if it wasn't for Texas, they'd be hosed.  Alabama is looking lost without Saban, Georgia's been beaten, Ole Miss would be awesome if it wasn't for the fact that they're in the SEC where standards are far loftier, and you know, Tennessee.
