He provides plenty of height/length at the guard spot. That lineup should be able to defend well too. GloryDays 1 Quote

I definitely agree with them I just rewatched some videos of him yesterday. The dude has length! Ever since Chris007 said something about one of our current recruits possibly backing out, I've been pretty anxious to get Jerome's signed LOI. Everyone's wishlist for 2019 has Watford and Brooks on it. Emotionally, I get it. Objectively, I don't know that there is a need for both if we get one. I think I'd prefer a TJD (assuming he adds another inch or so), and then get some more guards. Guards make the engine go. Final Four teams always have an excellent pair of guards back there. Best case scenario, I guess, would be that Darius Garland is then returning for his sophomore season, and CuJo has rounded out into a weapon that can be relied upon. Then just a Watford and TJD may do it. That's just me. Tuesday musings. I'll change my mind tomorrow. Bobman1, ALASKA HOOSIER, Jam and 5 others 8 Quote

I could understand this thinking but.. in 2019 we'll have (hopefully) a senior Davis, junior Moore, RS sophomore Thompson, and sophomore Forrester. I would prefer adding two elite (big) wings to go with Hunter at the 2. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Iugradman and Stromboli 2 Quote
yogisballin Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 I heard Tyger Campbell decommitted from DePaul. Does IU have any interest after getting Phinisee? Or just keep targeting Garland.I have no interests. I just don’t see it fellas. Mid major player IMO Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app Quote

LIHoosier Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 Since Indiana, like our government, is a not-for-profit organization without real shareholders to answer to when it comes to expenses, I would bet that if anything the budget was increased YoY.That info can be foiled(freedom of information law). Data like that has been released from public schools in the past. Thats how we know Crean had a high 6 figure budget while Wisky were essentially hitchhiking to see recruits and still whupping us. bigrod and GloryDays 2 Quote
HooHooHoo22 Posted October 6, 2017 Posted October 6, 2017 Do you guys think it’s precautionary that Schilling isn’t recruiting anyone right now ? Or at least the guys instate or am I wrong? I haven’t seen much of him going to see Recruits. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners ALASKA HOOSIER 1 Quote

Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners I've read on other sites, boards, etc that Schilling is the member of the staff specifically focused on Romeo and only Romeo right now. He is also one of the main recruiters working with Keion Brooks. Plus he seems to be the main skills and development coach. I've seen lots of video on social media of him even working with guys like Blackmon Jr and Bryant over the summer who come back to work out and work on skills. I don't think there is any reason to worry. Jam, Bobman1, LockdownD and 7 others 10 Quote

Popular Post Yogi'sBicep Posted October 21, 2017 Popular Post Posted October 21, 2017 I’ve noticed from interviews & social media that all three (Romeo, Darius Garland, & Watford) are: 1. High on Indiana 2. High on where they’re from 3. Very well versed in interviews 4. They value relationships I truly believe they are all of high character. It’s refreshing.
