FKfootball Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 All these rumors are BS. Crean isnt leaving. I actually know one of IUs biggest boosters and nobody has even asked him about contributing to a buyout. Crean is here to stay. We just need to get over it. IUsafety and maxwell 2 Quote

The one I have spoken too has said just the opposite of this. I think there might be a rift right down the middle on who wants him here and who does not betweeen boosters like regular fans. 8bucks, Happydaze and LazOffTheBench 3 Quote

theriverpilot Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Whew, just saw a thread on Peegs with B1G basketball coaches salaries. I knew Crean had a hefty paycheck, but I didn't realize he was number 1. Izzo is 2nd. Quote

LazOffTheBench Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Isn't that poster with the info on 247 an old friend of BTB? The name sounds familiar. Edit: To be clear, I'm not trying to call him out regarding his info. I have no idea if he has sources or not. IUsafety, WayneFleekHoosier and JaybobHoosier 3 Quote

LazOffTheBench Posted March 24, 2015 Posted March 24, 2015 Some boosters ( from what I've heard ) are still very impressed with Crean's handling of the academic aspects of the program. He has been strong there. Those boosters tend to want to keep him here regardless of how his teams perform on the court. So I think there is indeed a split between types of boosters. brandct 1 Quote

Popular Post WayneFleekHoosier Posted March 24, 2015 Popular Post Posted March 24, 2015 That recruiting budget compared to our results is so laughable. O$U gets that talent for a quarter of the cost. This is infuriating to me. We pay top dollar and get middle of the pack results. How can anyone be happy with our results???? theriverpilot, GloryDays, IUHoosier5 and 7 others 10 Quote
