All these rumors are BS. Crean isnt leaving. I actually know one of IUs biggest boosters and nobody has even asked him about contributing to a buyout. Crean is here to stay. We just need to get over it.

 

 

The one I have spoken too has said just the opposite of this. I think there might be a rift right down the middle on who wants him here and who does not betweeen boosters like regular fans.

Some boosters ( from what I've heard ) are still very impressed with Crean's handling of the academic aspects of the program. He has been strong there. Those boosters tend to want to keep him here regardless of how his teams perform on the court. So I think there is indeed a split between types of boosters.
