They do not plan to penalize schools or athletes for NIL participation.

Is there something online that I can check out to see the differences between state's laws?  I'm wondering how each state laws address it, what kind of impact it has, etc. etc.

Jeremy Grey is in charge of NIL for Indiana. It's probably going to be easier for colleges in states with no NIL law in place.

It looks bad in slo mo but the first dribble wasn’t an actual dribble. Both players touched the ball and he (Booker?) didn’t have possession yet.  That is actually great officiating.
