What you’re saying is valid - they aren’t as strong this year and they’re without a dominant guard. However, I wouldn’t put a cieling on them in November. Let’s see how they look in February. Bennett has certainly earned the benefit of the doubt. They just have the makeup of a really good regular season team. But this year they don’t have 3 guys who can go get a bucket almost at will. Teams at the top aren’t as good as they were last season, including Virginia, but I think you still have to put them on the outside looking in as title contenders because they don’t have a great guard.
