I have a handful of UK friends and it truly is split; some would rather be mediocre with him than part ways. The buyout + a suitable replacement will hold up any action IMO. Although, if relationship with AD is poor as reported it certainly is plausible. I wonder if this would be Cal's last stop or if he'd move on... to Louisville. Kensucky just needs to find/manufacture a scandal so they can fire him with cause and without buyout Tom White and ALASKA HOOSIER 2 Quote

That dude is smart as hell. He knows where all the bodies are buried and he’d turn that program into smoking rubble without batting an eye. Unfortunate, but on the other hand, he fills a very similar role to that of Anthony Leal at IU; experienced team leader who only plays in emergency scenarios. So, his leadership and locker room presence will remain with the team. lillurk and WayneFleekHoosier 2 Quote
Demo Posted November 3, 2023 Posted November 3, 2023 Some D3 kid dropped 41 on Minnesota last night. 2 things: 1) Kid is clearly not a D3 player. 2) His teammates almost certainly were and yet Minny couldn’t get the ball out of his hands.
