I was afraid of that under because of Illinois offense. Should’ve known the refs would turn it into a mud wrestling match for Sampson. 
 

The notion that the B1G is more physical than the Big 12 or SEC is such a joke. It’s one of my pet peeves with IU/B1G fans.

The satisfaction of watching Sampson’s season ending title free each year is almost indescribable. Probably akin to those old ‘72 Dolphins popping champagne when the last undefeated NFL team goes down. And this time being offensively inept for 37 mins while losing a de facto home game is extra awesome. God, I loathe him.
