IIRC that's true for both of them. Diop may be worth it as I watched him a couple times and he was exactly what we were missing.

I suspect there would be more acceptance if we played this process out and signed him after our priority targets. The optics of him being the first target are weird. You'd think we'd at least try for more upside first. That or he has to be the guy every other person has misevaluated. One final option, maybe he's dirt cheap. -
He should get drafted and will absolutely make someone's roster. And if he finds the right opportunity, I bet he has at least one big game.

I'll take it a step further and say he already has the better job. Has plenty of resources and lot less BS than he would at NC.

Sucks that potential Michigan - Arizona matchup has to happen before the title as they are truly the 2 best teams this year. Duke is fine but a step below IMO.

Players and refs all out of control at the end but absolutely exciting to watch. Have you ever seen the FT shooter get the rebound when his team had emptied the lane before? Hawaii claims the bid.
