I've only seen negative reviews about the pick up operation with shuttle services (Uber, eg). From personal experience at the Final Four in Houston, right after the game it is almost impossible to even book an uber - and even if you do the surge price is unbelievable. I know none of this helps your cause, so sorry for the bad news, but if it were me going I would book a hotel as close as possible and walk it. There aren't many hotels within a reasonable walking distance to the stadium, at least for my old a$$. I used Marriott points for the hotel in Fort Lauderdale, and Lot 70 is a 20 minute drive from the hotel. So, we spent some money to do that, but my knees, hips and back will be very thankful. Quote

They have moved up this afternoon. Some were in the $2800 range this morning and now the cheapest are $3500 Quote

We'll probably do the HRS express shuttle from lot 95 on the way, but curious if anyone has experience with the Uber shuttle from the stadium post game? I'm hoping the main issue with ridesharing from the stadium is cars not being able to get there in traffic, but if shuttles are lined up ready to go, maybe it's an easier escape? https://www.hardrockstadium.com/parking/uber-shuttle/ You don’t wait for it , you go to it I’m told. The trenches is where this game will be won or lost, and Miami has to play the perfect game. Quote

Loser mentality before the game even starts. I know these are Miami fans talking but I don't doubt Cristobal loosely encouraging such tactics himself. Artie86 1 Quote

They've talked about wanting to hurt Mendoza on podcasts I've listened to. Their fans encourage each other to **** with other teams' fans while they tailgate. They reflect the personality of Miami itself, rowdy, cocky, and flashy. Proudly declaring this a game of hicks v. convicts. It's why I didn't want them as opponents, it puts more pressure on for a win because I can't stand to see them take the victory. I mean, other teams say they want to play with physicality, Miami says they want to play with violence. That says a lot of it right there. HinnyHoosier and Brass Cannon 2 Quote

Miami simplified the offense and allowed Beck to make quick reads against man coverage. Good on them for finding what works for Beck's skills. But our heavy zone coverage is a big advantage, as is the fact that our LBs and DBs read the bubble screens and the 3 step drop quick slants/outs VERY well. Banksyrules and Brass Cannon 2 Quote
Josh Posted January 16 Posted January 16 I'm going to be running a meeting Monday morning over Teams that should have around 650 people on it. I'd really like to have a slide up while everybody is joining that is tasteful for work but relentless on IU beating Miami. Does such an image exist? Quote

Seen him play twice this year and he misses with scary —turnover potential throws. If Fletcher can really get going and Miami takes an early lead the game will be nerve wracking, but if he can’t run like crazy on us I absolutely LOVE the chances that Beck melts down. Beck is a less good Ty Simpson with a better running game. Get an early lead and force them to put the ball in Beck’s hands? Sweet. HinnyHoosier, BannerVille, BtownStrength and 1 other 4 Quote

I still strongly subscribe to the prediction that Beck was going to throw a game-ending INT against Ole Miss if the ball left his hands because he looked every bit like he was going to force something. Luckily for him he decided to pull it down and run. Quote
