Going back and watching the Indiana-Oregon game and Oregon’s running back did not put his mouth piece in on passing plays. Betcha Fisher and Haines juuuuust might have noticed. The Davison injury was hugely helpful. Quote

Liked it more in college but it’s still pretty good Matt Damon plays a generally good dude and Ed Norton plays a giant piece of crap. So not much acting from either DChoosier 1 Quote

He clipped them and the 3 other than Ponds were: 1) a tipped ball at the line of scrimmage, 2) a throw that would have hit Fisher in the mask if he hadn’t caught it, and 3) a sideline pick as the QB was scrambling against PU. Seriously. We’ve arrived! skhoosier2, WayneFleekHoosier and jermhoosierfan 3 Quote

Seriously. We’ve arrived! An ESPN article I posted in a Cig thread talked about how he recruits. "Cignetti is also big on ankle, knee and hip flexibility, which Saban stressed to him when Cignetti served as recruiting coordinator on Saban's first few Alabama coaching staffs." He is big on this which is probably what allowed Ponds to pounce on the first play of the game. Ponds said after the game that he laid back on it waiting for the break to jump the pass. Even if they do get access to all this stuff, you still have to study it like game film. You have to apply stuff you see in that tape which isn't always the easiest thing to do. You can't tell me that if IU was doing all this breaking into servers and cloud accounts, that other schools wouldn't be doing it? Some of those coaches would sell their first born for a win. Quote

Popular Post Class of '66 Old Fart Posted January 13 Popular Post Posted January 13 I read that such a movement had started and it came to fruition. Bloomington Renames Park Pond After Hoosiers' D’Angelo Ponds Pick-Six Fans kicked off the idea after Indiana's 56-22 Peach Bowl rout of Oregon on Jan. 9, where Ponds' pick-six—the fastest score in bowl history at 11 seconds—sparked the Hoosiers' dominant win and sent them to the Jan. 19 national championship against Miami. The city embraced the punny tribute at Miller-Showers Park, calling the stormwater pond a symbol of containment like Ponds locking down receivers. Bloomington's rallying behind the undefeated Hoosiers with this fun nod as title week approaches. Pagoda, LIHoosier, Stuhoo and 5 others 5 3 Quote
