Glad to hear that about Baldwin because I also wasn't getting a good feeling on him. That and Cignetti hadn't made me feel any better when he's been asked about Baldwin.

Not sure where to drop this, but ESPN published another article on top-flip candidates in the '26 class,  https://www.espn.com/college-football/recruiting/story/_/id/46916765/10-college-football-recruits-flip-schools-amid-coaching-uncertainty, with call outs for both Sieg & Mickens.

TLDR, ESPN views Oklahoma as the current leader for Mickens and Notre Dame & Indiana in front for Sieg.  Additionally they expect Sieg to announce around signing day in December.

Sieg visiting Va Tech this weekend. Told you guys Franklin getting that job too early was going to cause problems.

We are also traveling to visit him this weekend

edit: no longer visiting due to scheduling for him.

but ND is officially out after giving him an ultimatum. We are seen as the favorite going into the VA tech visit.

Blacksburg is roughly 5 hours from Pittsburgh while Bloomington is 6.
i.e. really no difference.

I looked because he had mentioned proximity to home when visiting Pitt.

Guess we will find out how strong of bond he has with Franklin and the assistants.
