Oregon had about 50 yards in the second half before some of the garbage time stuff.  What a performance.

The Hoosiers significantly locked down Oregon in the second half, allowing only 64 yards after halftime. UO gained just 19 yards in the fourth quarter, sitting at -4 yards until a garbage time possession at the end of the game.

 

A complete defensive takeover when it was needed most.

Oregon folks, who are being pretty gracious in defeat (like they even have a choice after receiving gift after gift from The Stripes and still being largely dominated), have resorted to “this loss was needed. Now we don’t have to worry about going undefeated again. We can just play free.”

The broadcast was on it all day, highlighted the LBs from the jump. Helped that Jones and Fisher are missiles and hunt the ball

He’s not just a first team All-American linebacker on a top 5 team;

Aiden Fisher is also the captain and on-field signal caller for the best defense in the 126+ year history of Indiana football. And he was the captain and signal caller for last year’s top defense too.
