Not sure who he is. But the guy in the black jacket has IU on the back.

Oats went out of his way in his press conference to thank Murphy for his work this week recruiting the portal.   It will be interesting if he stays or goes

Maybe it was Murphy does Oats a solid and going out in good terms even though he is coming to IU. Or maybe he just did a good job and Oats was thanking him publicly

Adam’s not wearing a shirt that said Cincinnati on it is pretty telling IMO
