You’re right on skins. I’m sure they will be a version of the ISL skins. I understand the thinking behind dropping B finals, but the meet was still something like 4 days and 2 sessions per day. The average non swimming fan probably isn’t going to be interested in following that. Condensing a meet into a single session that isn’t 4 hours should be a lot more intriguing.

I remember reading about the CSL but kind of forgot about it. They have something called skins and super skins on the schedule that I couldn’t find any info about. I think the overall goals are to bring swimming to more people (the ESPN contract should help there) and making the format shorter and easier to follow. I’m hoping it works out. And IU wins.

Both of Cig’s opening games have looked like a lot of guys were still learning and adjusting. Based on that 40.5 feels like a lot unless Cig has some grudge against North Texas.

I’ve seen clips online and I really wish a team had their base camp (or actual games) close to me. The people from all these different countries seem to be having a good time. Especially the Scottish. Did they leave you any beer?

They either don’t or actually like that they do. Not sure which is worse. Also the FW Greenway is very underrated.

If they work out like Pat Coogan I’d say as many as possible.

The online order is your best bet. If that won’t work I’d try to find a big liquor store like Total Wine and see if they can help. Beer distribution is always tricky. A last option would be finding someone to just ship it to you. In Indiana the game day lager isn’t tough to find, but the special edition cans are. I’d try to get the 4th & 5 cream ale if you look at other beers. It fits the bill of an IU themed beer. The wheat is a good one if you like lighter beers. Champagne Velvet is a revival of an old brand from Terre Haute if you like historical factors.

For what it’s worth, I don’t believe he was fired. I’m not saying he was coming back, but I’ve heard there were other things going on. Regardless of the (ridiculous) narratives on here, I think Woodson is a good guy and I’ll continue to cheer for him. You’ll be missed. Next time my wife is out of town I’ll crack open some Hormel chili for you.

I think we should follow what Josh Schertz is doing. I’d be shocked if Sisley is back. If Acimovic can’t earn PT at the 5 with this roster expecting him to start is a scary thought. Dorn hasn’t done much outside of that hot stretch. This team is on the bubble and the coaching staff doesn’t think they can contribute so I’m not sold on them for next year.

On the other hand, could someone be waiting to announce they’re coming back at the celebration?

I just started listening to them after I saw some clips of the singer in an IU shirt. They’re really good!

Does his daughter have any issues with IU? It was shocking she came to begin with. He’s just a very unlikable guy. I listened to the HH interview with him to give him a chance and he actually made me like him even less.

He and Yep had some great stories out of the meet. I’m worried roster limits would end those.
