Not buying it. I don’t think any of the guys listed would desert IU.

I think the 3 fouls in the first minute of the half hurt. That’s when UConn built the lead and IU looked hesitant to defend. Rebounding has been an issue, too. I saw it against Princeton but you can’t have those same issues against a team like UConn.

We had GA tickets Saturday and updated for Monday. I’m hoping it’s a good crowd.

Seeing this season as a success doesn’t mean you don’t have high expectations for the program. Im happy with the season and realize it is just a step to where fans and the staff want to be. I don’t think anyone would disagree.

Looks like they also had the swimmer and diver of the meet. I think this team can be top 2 at NCAAs.

Today was impressive. They had 5 score in the 100 fly (2-4-8-12-19), went 1-2 (and 11) in the 200 free, had a meet record plus 3-4-9 in the 100 back and 2nd in the 200 free relay. On top of that, divers went1-3-5 in the 3M. 6 of the top 8 were IU or PU.

I think this men’s team is really good and I’m excited to see what they can do.

I was surprised to see both articles come up. Burn out is a real thing and I think the biggest component is mental. Lots of time, energy, and pressure isn’t ideal. Both probably started swimming seriously when they were 7-10 years old. By middle school it’s common to be working out 6-8 times a week in the pool. It is a mental and physical grind. Hoping the best for both. There is more to life than sports.

Was anyone there? I saw on Twitter it got a bit chippy and the coaches had a “chat” for a while after.

If IU has to sign off and doesn’t it will create a recruiting mess. Regardless of the playbook situation (if there even is one), it would absolutely be used against them.
