Popular Post Brass Cannon Posted March 19, 2025 Popular Post Posted March 19, 2025 We finally hired a coach that checks a very simple box for me. He’s won a postseason tourney on some level. I like the hire simply because I feel we actually did the bare minimum of effort here. Give the guy woodys NIL and see what he can do FWHoosier84, RaceToTheTop, HoosierSadaseci and 5 others 8 Quote

It would be so much easier to get Mullins to flip if he was committed pretty much anywhere other than the 2-time defending champions. Hurley is the best coach in the country. That's probably an insurmountable obstacle for nearly any coach. He also said half of his players were probably hitting the portal. If true, I’d be double checking this is what I want if I were Mullins. Quote

I had listened to a podcast this summer about his HS FB coach Ed Thomas who was tragically killed by a former player. Called Sacred Acre for those interested. Thomas was hugely successful, extremely disciplined and no doubt a big influence on DDV. Knew his brother was an NFL player but guess I forgot that DDV was an outstanding QB and won a couple state championships. Always been a leader. go iu bb, FWHoosier84, moyemayhem and 4 others 6 1 Quote
Gameface01 Posted March 19, 2025 Posted March 19, 2025 See quite a bit of talk accusing Indiana of tampering with him during Bahamas trip. Theory is son went out on an injury that didn't happen too. Conveniently at just the exact number of games to maintain waiver statue for next year. If true, so what. But does tend to confirm maybe was Dolsons guy all along Quote
