Tom Allen would have at least tried to win this game. Lol. Not running short kicks back was the beginning of giving up. Never even pretended to try to win this game.

We HAVE to use this season to recruit better talent. Point blank. Or this season becomes a nice story that ends in regression to the middle of the pack. Bottom line. We had an easy schedule, caught Michigan rebooting and Washington too. It won’t get easier. We need more talent and size. We can’t count on a good coach and majority FCS transfers. Hopefully resources and Cig will make the jump to the next level.

That shoulda been offsetting penalties -- unsportsmanlike on both sides. 

How is the kid standing over Lawton after riding him 4-5 yards out of bounds and nearly breaking his leg not taunting?

Welp gents, this is the time we find out what Coach Cig is made of.  Will he look at himself in the mirror and realize he needs to improve his coaching in some small aspects (don’t play scared), or are we going to be the same team that’s just happy to be here but never really moves forward.  I hope unlike our past basketball coaches that  he adapts his game accordingly.  Great season, but we have something to prove to the rest of the nation. However long that takes.

Honestly, even if they maintain this level, it’s so much better than what Indiana has been in the past I can’t be mad. It won’t justify the money they put up for him, but it’s better than anything we’ve had in over 30 years.
