Maybe it’s just me, but holding solely Pack responsible for overall team record when there are four other players on the court with him seems unfair. 
 

I don’t think anyone here is asking Pack to be the main driving force behind the team.

Only silver lining is that he’d be a one year rental. DeVries won’t have to worry about following the same path as Weber or Laranaga although Pack could certainly accelerate that seat warmth. He’s an absolute cancer who I hope becomes somebody else’s problem.

Just a random example, I like to think Juwan Morgan was a pretty good player here at IU including a multi year NBA career, and yet that team never made it to a tournament when he was starting. 
 

Don’t exactly think it’s fair to say it was Morgan’s fault. Don’t see why it’s fair to hold Pack solely responsible. 
 

it is fair to see between DeVries, Pack, and Bailey, there are some serious defensive questions there if we add all of those guys. 
 

I don’t know enough about Enright to say, or DeVries even for that matter, but there are legitimate concerns there.

Pack is a #3 guy on a good team. Plus he has the final 4 experience. If IU lands Wilkerson. You would have Wilkerson, DeVries above him.

The PG might be a tough portal group to find a P4 starter in. He's putting alot of work into the Xavier de-commit Nyk Lewis right now. I think by getting Bailey you start to see a few things. He's smart and gets to the line alot, processes quickly and can play offense at a high level. His opponents shot 60% on him in the paint though which probably means he's a top of the key halfcourt facilitator, a point-4 and we're in the market still for rim protection.

Lot to like about Reed Bailey's game. Really good passer for a guy that's 6'10. Have to assume he will shoot more than 1.2 threes a game in this offense.

I’m really surprised Lewis isn’t following Miller to Texas unless there’s a specific assistant he wants to follow. Also wasn’t Achoki Jayden Stone’s coach at Sunrise? Weird stone wouldn’t come to IU too
